Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Effective Date: April 4, 2026

This section is intended to reduce legal exposure and streamline disputes. Some jurisdictions may limit enforceability; where unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

1. Informal Resolution First

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us via Contact and attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days.

2. Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except for claims eligible for small claims court or where prohibited by law.

3. Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.

4. Governing Rules

The arbitration will be conducted under commercially reasonable rules and may be held remotely, unless the arbitrator requires otherwise.
